T.O.C. Legends House of Design is one of the most recognizable names in Indigenous Fashion Design.The luxury house immediately became a leader in fashion and culture following its founding in 1988 by Himikalas Pam Baker, and it continues to lead with purpose under her creative vision. 

Himikalas Pam Baker is Squamish from her father's side and Musgamakw Dzawada’enuxw, Tlingit and Haida from her mother’s lineage. As a single mother, she moved her two children to Los Angeles to study at Otis College of Art & Design where she obtained her degree in fashion design. Later to develop a viable long-term business that included employing first nations people as well as creating Touch of Culture, her own unique fashion and jewelry with First Nations designs.

 

Touch of Culture Legends enriches contemporary fashion with a profound respect for ancestral symbols, weaving the spirit of their people into every garment. The fashion house offers a range of women’s and men’s ready-to-wear, alongside bespoke haute couture pieces that embody elegance and balance.
