Custom Order Policy

Deposit Requirement:
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of placing a custom order. This deposit will secure your order and allow us to begin the production process.

 

Order Fulfillment Timeline:
- Custom orders will be fulfilled within 60 days from the date the deposit is received. We strive to complete orders as quickly as possible, but please allow for the full timeframe to ensure quality and accuracy.

 

Payment Terms:
- The remaining balance of the order is due upon completion and before shipment or pick-up of the item(s). Customers will be notified when their order is ready, and final payment must be made within 7 days of notification.

Changes and Cancellations:
- Any changes to the order after the deposit is made may affect the fulfillment timeline and potentially incur additional costs. We will communicate any changes in the timeline or cost as soon as possible.
- Cancellations are not permitted once the deposit has been made. The deposit is non-refundable due to the custom nature of the order.

Custom Artwork:

- If your custom order includes personalized artwork, an additional cost will apply. 

- Customers are required to provide an Adobe Illustrator file of the artwork for colour way purposes and any necessary touch-ups. This ensures the highest quality reproduction of your design. 

- Inspiration images or sketches are welcome but must be accompanied by the Adobe Illustrator file or precise execution.

 

Communication:
- Customers will receive periodic updates on the status of their custom order. We encourage open communication and are available to answer any questions throughout the process.

 

Quality Guarantee:
- We take pride in our craftsmanship and guarantee the quality of our custom orders. If there are any issues with the finished product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to address any concerns.
